Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Chennai.

The Junior

Architect will support senior designers in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and assisting with design documentation for residential and interior projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating CAD drawings, preparing 3D models and visualizations, coordinating with consultants and vendors under guidance, and contributing to furniture and product design details as needed. The role also involves site visits, measurement surveys, and assisting in overseeing execution to ensure design intent is maintained.

The Junior





Architect will participate in client presentations, help prepare design boards and reports, and collaborate with the team to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in architectural design, space planning, and residential project detailing.
- Ability to develop and interpret 2D drawings and 3D models using common design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Understanding of interior design concepts, material selection, and furniture or product detailing.
- Solid visual communication skills, including basic rendering, layout, and presentation preparation.
- Relevant academic qualification in Architecture or a closely related field (B.Arch or equivalent).
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment.
- Basic knowledge of local building standards and willingness to support site coordination activities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
