Role & responsibilities

- Assist in developing architectural concepts, presentations, and design proposals.

- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.

- Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.

- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and project teams.

- Assist in preparing presentations, material palettes, and design documentation.

- Participate in site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings.

- Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations and project requirements.

- Support project execution and resolve design-related issues during construction.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

- 02 years of professional experience.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization software is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.

- Good understanding of construction drawings and architectural detailing.

- Robust communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
