Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and documentation of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, working closely with senior architects and project teams on-site in Thrissur.

Responsibilities include assisting with concept development, preparing architectural drawings and 3D visualizations, and contributing to design presentations. The role involves coordinating with consultants, helping compile project documentation, and supporting site visits to review construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained.

The Junior





Architect will also assist in basic project coordination tasks, such as organizing design information and tracking revisions. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including the ability to develop concepts and translate them into technical drawings.

Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural workflows, such as integrating design tools, visualization software, and team-oriented platforms.

Candidates should possess basic Project Management skills, including task organization, time management, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.

Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), along with visualization tools, is beneficial.

A professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution is preferred.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly in a collaborative studio environment are advantageous.

Interest in sustainable design practices and familiarity with local building regulations and standards will be considered a plus.
