Role Description The Junior Accountant role at XLNC Exotic is a full-time, on-site position based in Jalandhar.

The Junior

Accountant will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, updating ledgers, and reconciling bank statements.

Responsibilities include preparing basic financial reports, supporting accounts payable and receivable activities, and helping with invoice generation and expense tracking across business units. The role will also involve assisting with compliance-related documentation, coordinating with internal teams for accurate financial data,



and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.

The Junior

Accountant will work under the guidance of senior finance staff to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial records.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess core accounting skills, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and basic financial reporting.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and tools, such as MS Excel, Tally or similar ERP systems, and digital documentation practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in bank reconciliation, invoice processing, and support for accounts payable and receivable.
- Candidates should possess robust analytical and numeracy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with finance, operations, and legal teams.
- Relevant educational background such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or an equivalent field; professional certifications or ongoing studies in accounting are an advantage.
- Familiarity with compliance and documentation in multi-business environments (real estate, hospitality, or rentals) is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jalandhar, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
