Job Summary

Benda Infotech LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance and compliance operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and coordination with Chartered Accountants (CA) and Company Secretaries (CS). This role is ideal for professionals who can work independently while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain company books of accounts and bookkeeping records.
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and reconciliations.
- Handle ROC (Registrar of Companies) filings and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with external CA and CS for statutory and regulatory matters.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, expense reports, and financial documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of compliance activities.
- Support other finance and accounting functions as assigned.





Required Skills
- Bookkeeping and accounting.
- ROC compliance knowledge.
- GST and TDS compliance.
- MS Excel proficiency.
- Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Experience working with CA/CS and statutory compliance is preferred.
