Responsiboility:

- Managed end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across US resgion
- Executed HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, HRMS updates, and offboarding processes.
- Handled pre-onboarding activities such as background verification, document validation, and offer letter issuance.
- Maintained accurate employee records in Workday HRMS, including hiring, changes, and terminations.
- Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates to deliver effective hiring solutions and a seamless candidate experience.
- Processed salary updates and compensation changes in coordination with Finance and Payroll teams.
- • Managed exit formalities including full and final settlement, experience letters, NOC issuance, and handover coordination.
- • Handled ex-employee Background Verification (BGV) requests, coordinating responses and documentation with external vendors.
