- Solid experience in Nokia Mediation Platform (NMP/Nokia Mediation).
- Good understanding of Telecom Billing, Charging, and Revenue Assurance.
- Experience with CDR/EDR processing, mediation workflows, and data reconciliation.
- Knowledge of GSM, LTE, VoLTE, 5G network domains.
- SQL and Unix/Linux commands.
- Scripting knowledge (Shell, Perl, Python, or similar) is an advantage.
- Understanding of file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP) and batch processing.
- Incident management and production support experience
