Conduct AIF/PMS statutory audits, review NAV, fund accounting, management fees & tax provisions. Ensure SEBI compliance, prepare audit reports, coordinate with clients, fund managers & custodians, and support ITR & Advance Tax activities.

Required Candidate profile

CA / Inter CA with 2–5 years in AIF/PMS Audit, Fund Accounting or Compliance. Knowledge of SEBI regulations, NAV, Taxation, MS Excel and solid analytical, communication & client handling skills.
