Role & Responsibilities:

- Drive product line strategy and execution across the organization.
- Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze industry trends.
- Identify and launch new product opportunities through cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage NPI/NPD activities, track milestones, and ensure timely execution.
- Support sales and marketing teams to grow revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Perform competitive benchmarking and contribute to pricing strategy.
- Monitor business performance and drive corrective actions for financial gaps.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in Automotive Aftermarket/Product Management preferred.
- Solid project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive projects from concept to launch.
