Job Title: Social Media Marketing Trainee

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content while maintaining brand consistency.
- Create captions, reels, stories, and campaign content aligned with the brand.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and internal teams for content creation.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
- Identify and coordinate with micro-influencers and content creators.
- Support influencer outreach, collaborations, and campaign tracking.
- Assist in executing social media campaigns for product launches and seasonal promotions.
- Support Amazon and Instagram marketing activities.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.




- Participate in brand activations, events, and promotional activities when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for content creation, storytelling, and social media trends.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and creator collaborations.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup setting.

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing a college page, personal content page, or internship projects.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and content planning.
