Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with 5+ years of expertise in Salesforce, ACBS, nCino, PEGA, API Testing, and AI-enabled Quality Engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end business processes, developing automation solutions, testing system integrations, and leveraging AI-powered testing tools to improve test coverage, quality, and delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce, ACBS, nCino, and PEGA platforms.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts for UI and API testing.
- Validate complex business workflows, data flows, and system integrations.
- Perform REST/SOAP API Testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and DevOps tools.
- Leverage AI-assisted testing tools and Generative AI for test case generation, test data creation, defect analysis, and automation optimization.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, and Technology teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Analyze defects,



track quality metrics, and support release validation activities.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce, ACBS, nCino, and/or PEGA Testing.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, and Workflow platforms.
- Experience in API Testing, automation frameworks, and CI/CD practices.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, Jenkins, Git, and test management tools.
- Exposure to AI-powered testing platforms, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-driven testing solutions.

Preferred Skills

- Finance / Banking / Wealth Management domain experience preferred.
- Experience with Commercial Banking, Lending, Credit Risk, Loan Servicing, or Wealth Management platforms.
- Salesforce, nCino, or PEGA certifications are an added advantage.
