Location: Pune Req ID: 29721 ​Job Responsibilities Performs routine project engineering assignments within the entry-level career band, applying foundational engineering knowledge and established procedures to support project execution while working under the guidance and direction of senior team members.

Support project planning, scheduling and documentation

Assist in project kick-off meetings and progress tracking

Coordinate with internal departments for project execution

Maintain project records, reports and document control





Support procurement and vendor follow-up activities

Monitor project milestones and escalate delays

Participate in customer meetings and site visits

Support commissioning, trials and project handover

Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) Experience 0–3 years of experience in project engineering / execution roles

Experience in handling end-to-end project lifecycle preferred Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Project (or similar scheduling tools)

Familiarity with AutoCAD or relevant design software Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Robust coordination and stakeholder management abilities

Time management and multitasking capability Optional (Good to Have) CAPM, PMP / Prince2 certification or equivalent

Experience in ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
