Job Summary

Momenta Informatics LLP is looking for a Jr. ERP Implementation Officer to support ERP software implementation projects at client locations. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, data migration, user training, resolving customer queries, and ensuring smooth ERP deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in ERP implementation and deployment projects.
- Coordinate project planning and implementation activities.
- Perform data cleanup and data upload/migration into the ERP system.
- Provide end-user training on ERP software.




- Resolve customer queries and provide post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure successful ERP implementation.
- Maintain project documentation and implementation reports.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned implementation tasks.

Requirements

- Graduate or Diploma holder.
- 2–3 years of experience in ERP Implementation or ERP Support.
- Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic understanding of ERP software and implementation processes.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
