Job Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with employees for attendance, leave, and other HR-related activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employee databases.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.




- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRMS or ATS platforms is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
