Jr. D2C Copywriter (Social + Video Ads)

Neuroid is an integrated growth & creative studio scaling D2C brands with performance media, performance creatives & AI-powered ad systems. Copy here isn't decoration - it's the difference between an ad that sells a product & an ad that gets scrolled past. What you'll actually own

You'll write social copy that stops the scroll - captions, hooks & carousels that sound like a D2C brand people want to follow, not a company shouting. You'll write high-converting video ad scripts: the hook in the first 3 seconds, the tension, the product payoff, the CTA — for responsive, direct-response video that has to earn every second. You'll write across D2C categories - beauty, wellness, food, apparel & more - adapting voice to each brand & its customer.

You'll partner with our creators & media buyers to turn a persona & an angle into words that convert,



& you'll iterate off real performance data, not opinions. You're the right person if

You started your career as a copywriter & you're still writing every day.

You understand D2C / e-commerce customers & the buying journey — you write to move product, not just to sound clever.

You've written for social & for video ads specifically - & you can point to posts or ads you wrote & tell us why they worked.

You understand hooks, tension & CTAs as tools, not buzzwords.

You read your copy out loud before you ship it & you take feedback quick, rewriting faster. You're NOT the right person if

"Copywriting" to you means captions with three hashtags.

You've never written a video script or written to sell a product.

You need a full brief to write a single line, & you go quiet when the first draft gets torn apart. Why this role
