Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dermatologist role based at the V6 Clinics location in Chandigarh. The Dermatologist will conduct detailed consultations, perform clinical examinations, diagnose dermatological and aesthetic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include performing and supervising dermatology and cosmetic procedures, prescribing medications and therapies, and ensuring accurate documentation of patient histories and treatment outcomes.

The role involves counseling patients on skin, hair, and body health, providing post-treatment care guidance, and coordinating follow-up visits using the clinic’s app-based system.



The Dermatologist will collaborate with clinical and support staff, maintain strict infection control and safety protocols, and stay updated on evidence-based dermatology and aesthetic practices.

Qualifications

Medical qualifications in dermatology (MD/DNB/DDVL in Dermatology or equivalent) from a recognized institution.

Valid medical license/registration to practice dermatology in the relevant jurisdiction.

Demonstrated experience in clinical dermatology, including diagnosis and management of common and complex skin, hair, and nail conditions.

Experience or solid interest in cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology procedures (e.g., lasers, injectables, peels, advanced skin treatments).

Ability to develop personalized, holistic treatment plans that address both medical and aesthetic concerns.

Strong patient counseling and communication skills, with a focus on empathy, clarity, and ethical care.

Comfort with using digital tools and app-based systems for patient records, follow-up, and treatment monitoring.

Commitment to maintaining clinical hygiene, safety standards, and adherence to regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Willingness to participate in continuous learning, training, and adoption of new technologies and evidence-based practices.
