About The Job Royal Instrument India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Lawyer to provide legal advisory services, manage corporate contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee litigation matters, and support the company's corporate governance and risk management functions.
Roles & Responsibilities Provide legal advice on corporate, labour, partnership, and business matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts and agreements.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Coordinate litigation matters and manage external legal counsel.
Identify and mitigate legal risks.
Maintain legal documentation and corporate records.
Eligibility Applicants Should
Have LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred).
Valid Bar Council registration and licence to practice law.
3–5 years of experience in corporate law.
Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
High ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential matters.
