Role : System Administrator L2 (Windows & Azure)

Location - EKL Corporate office, Faridabad

Working days - 5

Primary Skills:- Windows Administrator L2

- Administer and manage Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, IIS and File Servers.
- Perform user account management and access control activities.
- Monitor server health, performance, and availability.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Manage Windows patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
- Troubleshoot server, application, and network connectivity issues.
- Support VMware/Hyper-V virtualization environments.
- Configure and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
- Robust experience in Windows Server Administration.
- Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
- Knowledge of Windows Failover Clustering.
- Experience in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Understanding of backup technologies and disaster recovery.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.

Additional skills:- Azure Cloud Engineer L2

- Manage and administer Microsoft Azure resources and services.
- Deploy and maintain Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, NSGs,



Load Balancers, Application Gateways, and Azure Storage.
- Monitor Azure infrastructure using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Configure and manage Azure Backup, Site Recovery, and Disaster Recovery solutions.
- Support cloud migration projects from on-premises environments to Azure.
- Implement security controls using Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, and RBAC.
- Troubleshoot Azure infrastructure, networking, and performance-related issues.
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM Templates, or Terraform.
- Manage Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), subscriptions, and resource governance.
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
- Experience with Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, VNet, VPN, ExpressRoute, and Azure Backup.
- Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Azure Security Center.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Understanding cloud networking and security best practices.
- Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM/Bicep).
