– High-Speed PCB Design Engineer
We are looking for experienced High-Speed PCB Design Engineers with solid hands-on expertise in Altium Designer / Cadence Allegro. The candidates will be responsible for PCB design, layout, routing, signal integrity, and design optimization for high-speed electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-speed PCB layouts using Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro.
Perform component placement, schematic review, routing, and PCB layout based on design requirements.
Handle high-speed signal routing including DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, SerDes, LVDS, and other high-speed interfaces.
Work on signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) considerations.
Apply controlled impedance routing, differential pair routing, length matching, and timing constraints.
Define and maintain PCB design rules and constraints.
Perform design reviews and ensure compliance with manufacturing and electrical requirements.
Work closely with hardware, SI/PI, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
Resolve PCB layout-related design issues and incorporate engineering change requests.
Generate and review manufacturing outputs such as Gerber, ODB++, drill files, and fabrication drawings.
Ensure PCB designs meet DFM/DFA and industry standards.
Support prototype build, testing, debugging, and design modifications.
Required Skills
4–8 years of experience in PCB Design/Layout for the Pune requirement.
5–8 years of experience for the Bangalore requirements.
Strong hands-on experience in high-speed PCB design and layout.
Hands-on expertise in:
Altium Designer – Pune & Bangalore
Cadence Allegro – Bangalore
Good understanding of
High-speed routing
Differential pairs
Controlled impedance
Length matching / skew management
Signal integrity
Power integrity
Layer stack-up
Grounding and power distribution
EMI/EMC considerations
Experience working with complex multi-layer PCBs.
Ability to understand schematics and component datasheets.
Good knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, MIPI, LVDS, SerDes or similar high-speed interfaces.
Exposure to SI/PI simulation and analysis tools.
Experience in high-speed board bring-up and debugging.
Knowledge of DFM/DFA and PCB manufacturing processes.
Experience working with international engineering teams is an added advantage.
