Sales and Product Knowledge: Inform customers about the features, materials (like gold and diamonds), and craftsmanship of various jewelry pieces.

Transaction Management:



Process sales accurately, including handling different payment methods and issuing receipts.

Display Maintenance: Keep the jewelry displays organized, clean, and attractive to maximize sales opportunities.

Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

Inventory and Stock: Assist with managing inventory, conducting stock control, and keeping displays up-to-date.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.

Required skills and qualifications Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and a friendly demeanor. Proficiency in basic computer skills. Product knowledge of jewelry, including metals and gemstones. Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the jewelry sector, is a plus. Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
