Job Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and concept-driven classroom sessions for CBSE and ICSE Mathematics (Grades 11 & 12).
- Train and mentor students preparing for JEE Mains, ensuring strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare structured lesson plans, assignments, practice sheets, mock tests, and assessments.
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and provide individualized academic support.
- Monitor student progress and maintain records of attendance, assignments, and performance.
- Utilize digital teaching tools and effective assessment techniques to enhance learning outcomes.
- Foster a positive and learner-centric classroom environment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.




- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in CBSE/ICSE Mathematics (Grades 11 & 12).
- Strong expertise in JEE Mains Mathematics.
- Knowledge of JEE Advanced is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and modern instructional methodologies.
- Candidates from IIT/NIT will be given preference.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: AED 100,000 per month (as shared by the hiring organization; please verify if this is the intended amount, as it is significantly higher than typical market compensation).
