Quality Control & IPQC Officer Industry: Dairy Job Title: Quality Control & IPQC Officer Reports To: Quality Manager Key Responsibilities Quality Control (QC): Conduct tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain records and resolve quality-related complaints. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) Monitor production processes and verify adherence to SOPs and GMP.

Ensure Critical Control

Points (CCPs) compliance and immediate corrective actions. Compliance & Audits Ensure adherence to HACCP, FSSAI, and regulatory standards. Prepare quality reports and support audits.

Training

Train staff on quality, hygiene, and safety practices.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.

Experience: 2–5 years in a similar role in the dairy or food industry.

Skills: HACCP, GMP, laboratory testing, and analytical skills.
