About The Role NextMoveIn is seeking a motivated intern to join our Sales Operations team as a JAWIS Lead Qualification Executive. This is a 60-90 day unpaid, performance-based internship designed for candidates eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, commercial real estate, CRM operations, customer communication, and AI-assisted sales workflows. Outstanding performers may be considered for a full-time paid role.

Responsibilities

- Contact new inbound leads within the defined response time across Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Website, CMS referrals, WhatsApp and direct calls
- Conduct professional qualification calls, understand client requirements, verify buying intent and identify decision-makers
- Categorize leads as Qualified or Unqualified with appropriate reasons
- Collect comprehensive requirement information (company, seats, budget, location, lease duration, move-in date, etc.)
- Update every interaction in JAWIS/CRM with accurate call notes and follow-ups




- Prepare requirement summaries and hand over qualified opportunities to the Demand Manager

Requirements

- Graduate or final-year student; freshers are encouraged to apply
- Good verbal communication in English and Hindi
- Confidence in speaking over phone calls
- Robust listening and questioning skills
- Basic computer knowledge; comfortable with CRM software, Google Sheets and web apps
- Professional attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Interest in sales, business development, customer success or commercial real estate is preferred
