We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Lead Engineer with strong expertise in Java, React, Microservices, OpenShift, and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable enterprise applications, defining software architecture, driving technical excellence, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Primary Skills Required
- Robust experience in Java (Java 8/11/17+)
- Frontend development using React.js
- Expertise in Microservices Architecture
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of Software Architecture & Design Patterns
- Experience with Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
- Architect and develop cloud-native microservices-based solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and design decisions.
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.
- Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
- Integrate distributed systems using messaging and event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams.
- Drive code quality, performance optimization, security, and best practices.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
