Role Description This full-time remote Java Software Engineer role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining backend services that power TickoraDesk’s customer support platform. The engineer will implement new features and enhancements using Java and the Spring Framework, build and optimize microservices, and ensure integrations between ticketing, lead management, and collaboration modules are robust and scalable.

Daily responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, performing code reviews, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with product managers, designers,



and other engineers to deliver high-quality releases. The role also involves improving performance, reliability, and security, contributing to technical documentation, and participating in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint planning.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, with a focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in Java and experience using the Spring Framework to build scalable applications.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Microservices architectures.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and distributed systems concepts.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to write unit and integration tests and work within agile development methodologies.
- Robust problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
