No of openings - 10 Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Java Software Engineer.

The Java Software

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs, with a focus on scalable microservices using Java and the Spring Framework.

Responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving production issues, and collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers. The role also involves contributing to architecture decisions, optimizing performance, integrating third-party services, and ensuring best practices in security, reliability, and maintainability. The engineer will work across different client projects and internal initiatives, supporting rapid-moving startup environments and early-stage product builds.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Software Development skills, including experience with backend systems and RESTful APIs.





Candidates should possess solid Programming skills in Java, with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Candidates should possess hands-on experience with the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and related modules.

Candidates should possess knowledge of Microservices architecture, including service decomposition, communication patterns, and scalability.

Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, ORM frameworks, and query optimization.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and version control (Git).

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
