- Lead design and development of scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
- Own and drive end-to-end system architecture, including design decisions, trade-offs, and governance
- Lead legacy modernization and transformation initiatives, including cloud migration and re-architecture programs

- Drive engineering excellence and standardization across teams
- Mentor developers and architects, enabling organization-wide adoption of AI and modern engineering practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
