Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Java Lead to design, develop, deploy, and manage scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , along with proven experience leading technical teams and driving cloud transformation initiatives. This role requires hands-on development, solution architecture, mentoring, and delivering enterprise-grade applications in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities Application Development & Architecture

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java-based enterprise applications.
- Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Spring Boot, Microservices, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Design robust RESTful APIs and integrate them with enterprise applications.
- Ensure application scalability, security, reliability, and performance.

Cloud & Technical Leadership

- Define strategies for delivering reliable, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Assess existing applications, identify technical gaps, and recommend modernization strategies.
- Lead cloud migration, transformation, automation, and governance initiatives.
- Create architecture documents, implementation roadmaps, and technical solution designs.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.





GCP & DevOps

- Develop and deploy applications using GCP services such as:

- Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)

- Cloud SQL

- Bigtable

- Dataflow (Apache Beam)

- Composer (Apache Airflow)

- Cloud Functions

- Pub/Sub

- Dataproc

- Dataprep

- BigQuery

- Cloud KMS
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment and infrastructure management.

Quality & Delivery

- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Ensure high-quality software delivery through testing, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within timelines.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience in Java application development.
- Solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Angular and modern front-end development.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with GCP services including GKE, Cloud SQL, Bigtable, Dataflow, Composer, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, Dataprep, BigQuery, and Cloud KMS.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native application architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience in code reviews, technical mentoring, and leading development teams.





Preferred Skills

- Experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of cloud security, monitoring, and observability tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
