Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Java Fullstack Developer to join our high-performing engineering team in Chennai. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of scalable enterprise applications, bridging the gap between complex backend architectures and intuitive frontend interfaces.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional engineering squads to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

By spearheading the design and implementation of high-traffic systems, you will directly influence the digital experience of our global user base and drive significant improvements in system performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot to ensure seamless data processing and system reliability for our enterprise clients.
- Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js and Next.js to provide an engaging, high-speed experience for our end users.
- Lead code reviews and technical mentorship sessions to elevate the engineering standards of the team and ensure the delivery of clean, maintainable code.




- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks in the full-stack lifecycle, ensuring our platforms remain resilient under heavy load.
- Partner with stakeholders to refine technical roadmaps, ensuring that our software architecture aligns with long-term business objectives and scalability goals.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot, coupled with a deep understanding of microservices architecture.
- Proven ability to craft up-to-date, server-side rendered web applications using React.js and Next.js, with a focus on component reusability and state management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative problem-solving sessions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment based in Chennai, balancing independent deep work with team-based agile ceremonies.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 7-10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
