About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based enterprise application development, cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and contemporary frontend frameworks. This role involves working directly with US-based clients, requiring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Build and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and other cloud offerings.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor AI) to improve coding efficiency, debugging, refactoring, and overall code quality.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and build robust microservices-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners,



and US-based clients to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, availability, and reliability.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines while following DevOps best practices.
- Ensure applications adhere to security, compliance, and coding standards.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services as required.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective solutions.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide production support when required and troubleshoot critical issues efficiently.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices, REST APIs, and Kafka.
- Good exposure to AWS cloud services.
- Experience with React.js or Angular.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact directly with US clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
