Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Java-based UI development, concurrent programming, distributed systems, and high-performance enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable, low-latency applications and integrating complex systems using modern Java technologies, gRPC, and cloud-native platforms.

The role involves designing and developing mission-critical applications, collaborating with middleware and platform teams, and ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance enterprise applications using Java and related technologies.
- Build rich desktop and UI applications using Java Swing, JavaFX, or similar frameworks.
- Develop scalable, multithreaded, and concurrent applications with a focus on performance optimization.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and Java EE/Jakarta EE technologies.
- Develop and integrate gRPC-based services for high-speed inter-service communication.




- Collaborate with middleware teams to define communication protocols, message formats, and integration patterns.
- Implement real-time communication solutions using WebSockets, Server-Sent Events (SSE), or other push technologies.
- Optimize database interactions, transaction management, and connection pooling strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive performance tuning initiatives.
- Contribute to CI/CD automation, cloud deployments, and DevOps best practices.
- Ensure adherence to software engineering standards, security guidelines, and quality processes.
