Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality software solutions using Java Spring Boot and SQL to meet business requirements and enhance application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement Kafka-based messaging systems for real-time data processing.
- Utilize Junit for writing and executing unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and improve software quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth application functionality.
- Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices and data protection regulations in all development activities.




- Document software designs code changes and development processes for future reference and knowledge transfer.
- Engage in agile development practices to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

- Demonstrate proficiency in Java programming and Spring Boot framework to develop robust applications.
- Exhibit strong SQL skills for database management and query optimization.
- Possess hands-on experience with Junit for effective unit testing and code validation.
- Display excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in software development tasks.
- Have a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Show capability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work workplace with effective communication skills.
