Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Japanese and Indian OEMs.
- Support preparation of technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Assist in negotiations and contract finalization with Japanese counterparts.

1. Japanese Language Support

- Act as interpreter/translator during meetings, factory visits, and video conferences with Japanese clients/suppliers.
- Translate technical documents, contracts, presentations, and correspondence between English Japanese.
- Ensure cultural and business etiquette alignment in communication.

1. Marketing & Customer Engagement

- Develop marketing material (brochures, case studies, presentations) in Japanese & English.
- Support promotional activities, exhibitions, and trade fairs involving Japanese companies.
- Track competitor activities and market trends (India Japan trade in capital equipment).

1. Coordination & Project Support

- Liaise with logistics, purchase, and engineering teams for project execution.




- Facilitate smooth communication between Japanese suppliers and Indian customers for installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
- Support reporting requirements to Japanese HQ or principals.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
- Achievement of sales targets (revenue, orders booked).
- Number of Japanese accounts developed and maintained.
- Accuracy and timeliness of translations/interpretations.
- Customer satisfaction score (Indian & Japanese stakeholders).
- Contribution to recent project wins from Japanese OEMs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies: Japanese language expertise speaking and writing Min Level- N3 Good in PPT, Excel.

To support business development, sales, and marketing of capital equipment (automotive / industrial machinery / tooling lines) by leveraging Japanese language proficiency for effective communication with Japanese OEMs, suppliers, and customers.
