We are looking for a passionate and experienced JAIIB Course Educator to develop and deliver high-quality, exam-oriented content for the Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (JAIIB) examination. The ideal candidate should possess strong banking knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners through engaging recorded lectures. Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive course content covering the complete JAIIB syllabus.
Record high-quality video lectures in the studio.
Deliver concept-based and exam-oriented sessions using practical banking examples.
Prepare topic-wise notes, assignments, quizzes, and mock tests.
Ensure content is aligned with the latest IIBF syllabus and examination pattern.
Work closely with the academic, content, and production teams to create engaging learning material.
Participate in content planning, script reviews, and curriculum enhancement.
Update course content whenever there are changes in the JAIIB syllabus or banking regulations.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
JAIIB certification is mandatory.
CAIIB certification will be an added advantage.
Experience working in a Public Sector Bank, Private Bank, Regional Rural Bank, Cooperative Bank, or Financial Institution is preferred. Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the banking industry or banking education.
Prior experience in teaching JAIIB aspirants or creating educational content is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of banking operations, financial systems, and banking regulations.
In-depth knowledge of the latest JAIIB syllabus and examination pattern.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi and/or English.
Ability to explain technical banking concepts in a straightforward and engaging manner.
Good content creation and curriculum planning skills.
