Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ITI Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment and machinery while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble, fit, and install mechanical components, machines, and equipment.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

- Perform mechanical fitting, drilling, tapping, grinding, cutting, and assembly work.

- Repair and maintain machinery and production equipment.

- Inspect components and ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments.

- Identify and report equipment faults or maintenance requirements.

- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures.

- Maintain workplace cleanliness by following 5S practices.

- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

- Support production and maintenance teams to achieve daily targets.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of fitting tools and workshop equipment.

- Ability to read engineering and mechanical drawings.

- Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is an advantage.





- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Steel Rule, and Dial Gauge.

- Positive mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- ITI Fitter (NCVT/SCVT).

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, fabrication, or machine assembly is an added advantage.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and overtime, if required.
