About the Role The Senior Manager – Transition is an experienced transition delivery professional responsible for independently planning, managing, and executing end-to-end IT transition programs

. Operating as an individual contributor, this role owns the full lifecycle of one or more concurrent transitions—from mobilization through knowledge transfer, shadow, cutover, hyper-care, and handover to steady state—with direct accountability for delivery quality, milestone adherence, and client satisfaction .

Reporting directly to the Director – Transition (Transition Leader) , this is a hands-on, client-facing delivery role that operates with a high degree of independence. The Senior Manager – Transition is the primary point of contact for the client's operational and management-level stakeholders throughout the transition, responsible for building day-to-day trust, maintaining transparent communication, and ensuring the client experience consistently meets the organization's NPS target of 9/10 .

Required Qualifications & Experienc eEducatio

- nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related fiel d (required)

- e6–8 year s of overall experience in IT Services, Outsourcing, or Technology Deliver y

- .Minimum 3 year s in Transition Management or Transition Delivery role s with direct end-to-end program accountability




- .Demonstrated experience managing at least one complex transition program independentl y (Multi-Tower preferred; Single Tower required)

- .Track record of achieving strong client satisfaction outcome s in delivered programs (NPS ≥8/10 or equivalent feedback)
- .Exposure to at least one of the following service domains: IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Service Desk / End User Computing, Applications, Digital Workplace, or BP O
- .Experience working with
