Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT support needs at Realatte Ventures. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience with laptop and desktop configuration, setup, troubleshooting, and basic software support, ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, install, and maintain laptops and desktop systems (Windows/macOS)

Set up new systems for employees, including OS installation, drivers, and basic software

Troubleshoot hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Provide basic software support (MS Office, email clients, browsers, antivirus, common tools)

Assist with network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, router setup – basic level)

Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups

Coordinate with external vendors for repairs or advanced IT issues





Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation

Ensure data security and follow IT best practices

Provide on-call or immediate support during office hours when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic to good knowledge of laptop & desktop hardware configuration

Understanding of Windows OS (macOS knowledge is a plus)

Basic knowledge of software installation & troubleshooting

Familiarity with MS Office, email setup, antivirus tools

Basic networking knowledge (IP settings, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)

Valuable problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

Prior experience in an office IT support role

Knowledge of basic IT security practices

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
