ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Manage LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and internet connectivity. Install and update Windows OS, drivers, and software applications. Perform system backups and antivirus updates.

Maintain IT assets, documentation, and support records.
