We require an IT support engineer who can handle software, hardware, security, CCTV camera, Server systems efficiently.
Technical Troubleshooting
- Diagnose faults in computer hardware, software, and local networks.
- Resolve Issues sent by employees.
- Use remote access tools to fix user computers from afar.
- Escalate complex bugs to senior developers or system admins.
System and Network Setup
- Install and configure current computers, operating systems, and software.
- Manage user accounts and set up network security access.
- Maintain local networks and fix connection drops.
- Apply security patches and update antivirus programs.
Maintenance and Records
- Monitor system health to catch performance drops early.
- Back up data regularly to prevent loss.
- Keep an inventory of hardware and software assets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
