Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills to handle user queries, incidents, and service requests efficiently.

- Candidates should possess Information Technology and System Administration skills to manage user accounts, apply updates, and maintain system performance and security.

- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.

- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are beneficial.

- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems, basic networking, and common enterprise applications, along with clear written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with international teams, prioritize tasks, maintain documentation, and provide customer-focused support in a fast-paced setting.
