- Experience in governance cadences, including QBRs, MBRs, and transformation roadmaps.
- Comprehensive understanding of SLA frameworks and proven ability to manage escalations.
- Hands-on experience in technology-driven and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, including at least one transformation project delivering measurable business value. Ability to track and analyze KPIs, provide actionable insights, and drive informed decision-making.
- Must have skills: Graduate / Post Graduate and APICS Certified with 20-22 years of experience in Supply Chain Management with BPM experience, managing global clients
- Experience of different industry segments is an added advantage.
- Solid domain knowledge in Q2C, Logistics Planning, and GTM.
