Lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers responsible for improving reliability, automation, cloud platform capabilities and engineering productivity across VodafoneThree's digital platforms.

- Lead and develop a team of SRE engineers.
- Drive reliability, scalability and operational excellence across cloud platforms.
- Deliver automation and self-service solutions that improve developer productivity.
- Champion Infrastructure as Code, DevOps and cloud engineering best practices.
- Partner with engineering teams to build secure, resilient and cost-effective platforms.
- Drive cloud cost optimisation and FinOps initiatives.
- Support technical decision-making and platform strategy.
