What are we looking for Qualifications: Bachelors degree in finance accounting/Master of Business Administration (Finance)/Cost Works Accountant/Chartered Accountant
We are looking for individuals who have the following skillset:
Strong experience in leading large teams in Financial Planning and Analysis domain
Deep understanding of financial planning cycles, forecasting methodologies and management reporting
Prio experience in transformation and continuous improvement projects in FPA area




Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Ability to drive change management
Ability to work well in a team
Adaptable and versatile as role may require you to work in rotational shifts
Good Written and verbal communication
Strong stakeholder management skills
Prior experience of working in shared service environment

Finance Processes and Operations - FPA

Roles and Responsibilities: You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and help us in determining financial outcomes by getting involved and providing leadership to the team managing and delivering planning, forecasting, collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis and reconciling transaction, preparation of standard Adhoc management reports for region, country, product, Service type etc., providing standardized/adhoc and insightful level of analyses.
Partner with other Finance IT stakeholders to support automation, system integration and dashboard/reporting tools
Support FPA transformation initiatives, identify process gaps and implement best practices across geographies/business orgs
Drive change management and process adoption across FPA teams globally

Qualification Master of Business Administration,Bachelors degree with Finance specialization
