Job Title: E3D Designer / Engineer Piping Design

Location: Noida (Work Location is strictly Noida)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E3D Piping Designer/Engineer with solid expertise in AVEVA E3D for engineering and design projects in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, and Process industries. The candidate should have hands-on experience in developing piping layouts, generating isometrics, preparing MTO/BOQ, and executing detailed engineering deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and model piping systems using AVEVA E3D.
- Prepare and review General Arrangement (GA) Drawings.
- Create Piping Arrangement Drawings as per project requirements.
- Generate and check Piping Isometrics.
- Extract and validate Material Take-Off (MTO) reports from E3D.
- Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Perform piping routing considering process, maintenance, safety, and constructability requirements.
- Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve model interferences.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, client standards, and industry codes.
- Support project execution from detailed engineering through construction stages.




- Participate in design reviews, model reviews, and client discussions.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in AVEVA E3D.
- Experience in:
- General Arrangement (GA) Drawings
- Piping Arrangement Layouts
- Piping Isometrics
- Material Take-Off (MTO)
- Bill of Quantity (BOQ) Preparation

- Knowledge of piping components, supports, valves, fittings, and specifications.
- Understanding of P&IDs;, Equipment Layouts, Plot Plans, and Design Standards.
- Familiarity with international codes and standards such as ASME, ANSI, and API.
- Ability to independently handle piping design activities.

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 512 years of relevant experience in piping design and E3D modeling.
- Experience in EPC, Engineering Consulting, or Industrial Design projects preferred.
