JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

POSITION : AM / DM / Manager Electrical

QUALIFICATIONS : B.E / B.Tech Electrical & Electronics Engineering

EXPERIENCE : 10+ years of experience in Maintenance dept.

REPORTING TO : General Manager

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Responsible for maintenance of production, quality and utility equipment including HT yard / HT equipment.
- Adhering to the workplace safety and the company policy
- Responsible for various Legal & statutory compliances applicable for the organisation
- Workforce planning & work allocation to meet the department / organisation goals
- Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback
- Team building, conflict management, create workplace culture
- Close co-ordination with production team to achieve the production targets




- Responsible for planning & execution on-time project work as instructed
- Inventory management & control, optimise the spares utilisation & ensuring the procurement of quality spares
- Provide oversight, direction & Imparting training to the subordinates
- Prepare, monitor, measure & evaluate the performance of the team for productivity, goal achievement & overall effectiveness
- Prepare and maintain the reports mandated for the functioning of the department as well as to track the strategic goal achievement and targets assigned
- Perform other various tasks as instructed by management
- Accountable for the tools & measuring instruments provided by company.
