Job Title: Relationship Manager / Sales Manager CASA

Location: Pune , Rajkot , Jamnagar

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire current High-Value Current & Savings (CASA) accounts through open market sourcing.
- Achieve monthly CASA acquisition targets.
- Ensure customer onboarding and activation with required account balances and transactions.
- Generate leads and cross-sell banking products such as Business Banking, Trade, FX, CMS, and DSB.
- Adhere to KYC, AML, and bank compliance guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in CASA acquisition, preferably in the SME banking segment.
- Good understanding of local business markets and commercial catchments.
- Knowledge of Business Banking, Trade, and FX is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
- Well-groomed and customer-focused.
