Job Title:Test ManagerExperience:6–12 years________________________________________Role OverviewThe Test Manager will lead and manage the testing function across projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables through robust test strategies, planning, and execution. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in testing methodologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.________________________________________Key Responsibilities
- Test Strategy & PlanningoDefine and implement comprehensive test strategies aligned with project goals.oPrepare detailed test plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.
- Team LeadershipoManage and mentor a team of testers, ensuring optimal resource allocation.oConduct capacity planning and assign tasks based on complexity and priority.
- Test Execution & ReportingoOversee functional, regression,



and automation testing activities.oEnsure timely execution of test cases and maintain real-time status dashboards.oAnalyze test results, identify defects, and drive defect management processes.
- Stakeholder ManagementoCollaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure quality standards.oCommunicate progress, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
- Automation & ToolsoAdvocate and implement automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UFT).oEnsure integration of automated scripts into CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications
- Experience:6–12 years in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).
- Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, UFT, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.________________________________________Good to Have
- Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments.
- ISTQB or equivalent certification.
