- Job Description:
- Participate in on-the-job training to understand departmental operations and processes.
- Gain practical knowledge in core areas such as production, quality, design, maintenance, or project management.
- Work closely with senior engineers and mentors to develop technical and problem-solving skills.
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the assigned department.
- Learn and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Understand and follow safety standards, company policies,



and industry regulations.
- Support small-scale projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Contribute to the improvement of manufacturing processes, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement.
- Identify areas for improvement within processes and suggest practical solutions.
- Apply engineering principles to solve real-time production or design challenges.
- Participate in periodic evaluations to assess progress and identify further learning opportunities.
- Implement feedback from mentors and team leaders to improve performance.
- Good English communication skills
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical

- CTC: 3.0 Lakhs Per Annum
