About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and designing intuitive, visually appealing interfaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Figma and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Create user-friendly and visually appealing UI designs for web and mobile applications.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

- Conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze user feedback to improve design decisions.

- Maintain and expand design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.

- Ensure consistency across various platforms through thoughtful design patterns and best practices.

- Participate in design reviews and present design concepts clearly to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).





- Proven experience (2–5 years) as a UI/UX Designer.

- Strong proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, prototyping, components, design systems).

- Valuable understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.

- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

- Strong visual design skills with a good sense of typography, color, and layout.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator.

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
