Role

The Solution Architect will serve as the primary technical and client-facing point of contact for RPA engagements. This role requires solid ownership of requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder communication across the project lifecycle

Key Responsibilities

- Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into automation solutions
- Design end-to-end RPA architecture using UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Studio, and related components
- Own the client relationship as the front-facing technical representative
- Guide the development team on solution design and technical approach
- Review and validate PDDs and SDDs for accuracy and feasibility
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation scale-up

Preferred candidate profile

- 6 to 7 years in RPA solutioning, with hands-on UiPath implementation experience
- Strong working knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator,



and Action Center
- Proven experience across the RPA lifecycle: assessment, design, build, and deployment
- Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships independently
- Ability to understand and interpret business requirements without heavy oversight
- Familiarity with UiPath's broader product suite (Document Understanding, Task Mining, or similar) is an advantage

Nice to Have

- UiPath certification (RPA Associate, Advanced, or Solution Architect track)
- Prior experience in a client-facing delivery or consulting role
